加州 SCA5 法案,要求加州公立大学按种族比例招生,限制亚裔比例
Most Racist Bill in California History? SCA 5 by Democrat Senator Hernandez—Forces Racism as Criteria to Entrance to UC Schools/ Limit Womens’ Enrollment As Well
California government schools policies are quickly resembling those of the 1950’s-60’s Alabama. Based on race, both States enrolled students based on race rather than qualifications. Racism, black or white is wrong—unless you are a Brown/Obama Progressive. Amazing how many white progressives think it is OK to enroll students based on race when their father and mother marched in Selma, Alabama against this form of racist policy.
Also, this expands the War on Women, since the new policies would LIMIT the number of women allowed in California government universities.
“The bill will require what amounts to discrimination against the gender that is too frequently admitted — you guessed, WOMEN.
In 2010 the UC system admitted 95,403 women and only 84,178 men — a PRIMA FACIE case confirming discrimination. I look forward to the innovative progressive implementation of this solution to gender discrimination.”
SCA 5 by Democrat Senator Hernandez may be the most racist bill introduced in a State legislature since the 1965 Civil Rights Act—it is openly and specifically racist. George Wallace would be proud of Hernandez—both Democrats, both racists.
